I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering excellent value for the price we paid. The service was top-notch with friendly and smartly dressed staff making our check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, right in the bustling heart of Kobe, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience had its highs and lows but overall provided good options. A great choice for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Our room was a good size, not too small, with two huge beds, a big desk, and an enormous bathroom with a sit-down shower. The fancy toilet was a unique touch we haven't seen in Japan before. The room was good, although as expected in most Japanese hotels, it could feel a bit crowded.

The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially the Front Desk personnel who made our check-in smooth and easy. Their assistance made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was one of the best in the city, right in the center of things. We loved being just a short walk from Kobe Sannomiya JR train station and the subway, making it convenient for exploring. The proximity to attractions like Ikuta Shrine and Kitano-cho was a definite plus.

The dining experience was a mix of good and disappointing. The restaurant beneath the hotel, Alberts, offered a wide choice of dishes, slightly more suited to Japanese tastes. While our first meal was great, the second day was a bit of a letdown.
